Hello Marvista Families!
The cold has returned to us this week and looks to be a continuing trend for the coming days. I want to take a moment to encourage you to send your students with coats, especially with waiting in lines outside as it can get really cold with the wind chill! Yesterday it felt like 17 degrees I believe. They might not wear at recess when they are running around, but for in the morning and after school too students aren’t allowed to run around and that keeps their little bodies from warming up.
*If your student(s) need a coat and you have a financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me by email, as we have a number of donated coats available.
